My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based. I draw on a biopsychosocial model and psychodynamic thinking to develop a holistic understanding of each person’s emotional world, relationships, life experiences, and wider environment. This helps me to understand each person within the context of their experiences and relationships, while gently supporting the expression and exploration of emotions that may be difficult to put into words.
Therapeutic Approach

I work with children, young people, adults, and families experiencing a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges, including trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, loss, transitions, and experiences that impact wellbeing. I have particular experience supporting children and young people who have experienced care transitions, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and relational or developmental trauma.
I also offer dyadic sessions for parents and children, supporting connection, emotional understanding, and the development of secure and nurturing relationships.
